Brenda’s virtual wear it pink

Our amazing supporter Brenda is back for her fifth wear it pink!

This year, Brenda’s event is going to have to look a little different than usual, but she isn’t letting that stop her, and has come up with a fantastic plan for her virtual wear it pink fundraiser! We wanted to share with you Brenda’s plans for her online wear it pink party…

Entertainment

Brenda has got some fantastic entertainment plans lined up, to ensure her guests can really enjoy the party!

This includes a DJ performing a live set in her living room, so her guests can boogie the night away. That’s not just it for the entrainment plans though, as Brenda is also hopefully having two female comedians doing a 20-minute virtual gig! Because all good nights should be filled with dancing and laughing, right?

As well as this, Brenda will also be a pink quiz master for the evening, putting her guests’ general knowledge to the test. If you were thinking about hosting your own virtual pink quiz (which after this year I’m sure many of us are now experts in!) we have some great tips on how to spice yours up!

Finally, Brenda is also asking her guests to be wearing their finest pink gear, with the incentive of a giveaway prize for the best dressed!

Spreading the word

As well as planning this fantastic virtual event, Brenda has also been making sure that she’s spreading the word! She’s invited her family, friends, colleagues through sharing her wear it pink event on social media, as well as emailing round invitations.

But Brenda wants to invite more than just the people she knows, and has also extended the invite out by doing an advert through her local radio station!

As Brenda’s event is entirely virtual, she has also set up her own JustGiving page, to provide her guests with an easy and cashless free method of donating.
